Dream Smile Dental Clinic does not have a contract with a NHS Primary Care Trust and all treatments are provided private only.
We'll provide printed information on your plan, once your treatment plan has been agreed with the Dentist. Whether this plan alters because of clinical or radiographic findings, we will advise you and discuss this with you. Treatment plans are valid for net 90 days from your date the treatment was prescribed. If there are any points on your own treatment plan which you wish to query, please do not hesitate to inquire us, before the appointments for real treatments are made.
Specific treatments require completion of a written authorization form. This is so that you can explain the treatment, aftercare and any risk to you completely, before any of these treatments are carried out.
Dream Smile Dental Clinic does not manage a credit account system and we require fees to be settled at the appointment.
Where impressions are taken where a lab fee is incurred by treatment, at least 50% of the entire fee is due at the appointment. Fees for particular treatments like Invisalign and Dental Implants are taken at each visit in staged payments.
Where treatment is paid for on finance through a Finance company, please bear in mind the finance arrangement signed and must be accepted prior to the beginning of that treatment. Please be aware that finance is exclusively accessible on treatments finished?400, not including Emergency Dental Treatment, and a minimal down payment may also be needed.
If you've financed any of the prices of your treatment through the finance company, and wish to cancel your treatment after signing the deal forms, please take note that a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total finance amount will be billed.
Pearl Dental Clinic does not accept any payments.
Fees for treatment where intravenous sedation is included, must be settled prior to signatures being needed, or the appointment to prevent fiscal transactions, whilst a customer is still under the effect of the sedative.
Deposits are not nondeductible off the price of treatment.
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to make a charge for any debt passed to your debt collection agency.
All the fees implemented for any kind of Dental treatment at the practice are based on; the materials used, lab costs incurred (if applicable), and the clinical time spent. The fees are nonetheless, demonstrated as treatments prescribed on the treatment plan for your information.
Late cancellation or appointments that are missed:

No endurance/Maltreatment policy
At Dream Smile Dental Clinic we manage a zero tolerance policy to abuse to our Dentists and staff, loud/disorderly/drunken behaviour, constant overlooking and late cancellation of appointments (after multiple warnings). In these scenarios, the right to deny entrance and treatment is reserved by Dream Smile Dental Clinic.
We store all patient personal details on a protected computer system in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All clinical notes, digital radio-graphs pictures etc that are digital, remain the property of Dream Smile Dental Clinic. Copies of radiographs, notes and photographs can be made accessible and Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge an administration fee for these.
